30 Days of Biking, Day 3

I hate riding alone at night. Really hate it. Alone, I struggle to see where I’m going.
Tonight, the moon was nearly full but didn’t illuminate my ride home after a late meeting. Tomorrow, I’m ordering Hokey Spokes and maybe a new headlight. Because there’s something compelling about being out with the night creatures. I want to hear the wind whisper in the tree tops and be unafraid.

If you ever need a buddy rider, Meredith and I are always in the area, we ride quite a bit at night. I plan to come join you and Mom tomorrow night, but tell me how those holey spokes work, they look neat!

Thanks, Andy. I’ll keep that in mind, and will show off the Hokey Spokes when they arrive.
